Our colleagues in both the Netherlands and Asia speak fluent Chinese and/or Vietnamese, Taiwanese and English. This allows us to communicate easily. When we start working for you, we first want to know what you are looking for in as much detail as possible, this is a crucial part of our import support. After a search of about 2 to 3 weeks, we present a selection of existing, but also new suppliers and manufacturers. We will filter out middlemen and agents for you. Our network is spread throughout China and Vietnam. This allows us to broaden our processes, so that we can be sure that we can offer you the very best option

Research

We said it before: "we start with your wishes". So expect us to send you a detailed questionnaire with questions such as: Which product are you looking for? Which material? What requirements must the production meet? What are the specifications, any rejection points, etc. Based on these criteria, we start our research and then select ten producers. We test each of these companies against our strict list of criteria, based on 20 years of experience in the Asian market. We are experts in selecting the right manufacturers to suit your needs.

Perfect partner

When we are convinced that the supplier meets the set product criteria, we will present these to you. We then carry out a factory audit at this supplier. You will then receive a complete report including images. We will then visit the factory(s), if you would like to be present, you are welcome! If, after this visit, we are both convinced that the supplier is suitable, we recommend starting a sampling process. This process is necessary to examine the quality of your product. We only enter into a collaboration when the supplier fully meets the criteria for your product, and we check this down to the smallest detail.

Ongoing involvement

We will remain involved throughout the entire import process. Understand that finding the right manufacturer and supplier is crucial to the success of your company. That is why we continue to work together throughout this process, from the initial phase of sourcing to the final transportation and delivery of your products. Our involvement goes beyond just selecting the right manufacturers; we also monitor production and ensure quality is consistent and meets your needs.
